Odette Michell is an award-winning British singer-songwriter, guitarist and bouzouki player.
In 2020, Odette won Female Artist Of The Year at the 2019 FATEA Awards, and was touted as one of R2 Magazines Top Picks For The Year in 2020. Odette was also nominated for a Rising Star Award at the 2020 Folking Awards that same year and in January 2021 was invited to perform at Celtic Connections as part of the legendary Danny Kyle Open Stage.
A dynamic and prolific live performer, Odette has performed alongside the likes of Show of Hands and Seth Lakeman, and has opened for folk legends Martin Carthy, Phil Beer, Nancy Kerr, Boo Hewerdine and Reg Meuross amongst others, and her highly anticipated second studio album is due to be released in 2024.
