Monthly Meditation Evening

Join Abi from Align Wellbeing for an evening of guided meditation, relaxation, and positive visualisation every month. A whole hour of peace and calm completely focused on yourself and your wellbeing. 

No experience is needed and all are warmly welcome.

7 - 8pm on the first Tuesday of every month. 

Exchange: £17 per person | Spaces are limited | Booking essential

Bring a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blanket if you want to lie down, or chairs are provided if you’d prefer to sit.
